Weekend with Grandparents

Ben is working so there goes our family day... But luckily in between there is a few hours break so he came home to take a rest before returning back to office again... Benson is cuddling with hub on the bed... Looks super sweet... ^^

Since Ben is working so we went back to mum place for dinner & Benson can have some fun with kor kor... When we reached kor kor is not home yet ... So Benson kept himself busy with watering the plant & getting wet... All time fav is playing with water! My Dad ask him to wear kor kor shoes.. So is too oversize for Benson feet.. It look so cute! But luckily he didnt fall.. I kept reminding him not to run... He had so much fun getting himself wet without getting scolded...

Late Late Late!

Sorry if i hasnt been very active to update my blog.. because my mind has been blocked!

Yes Benson has return to school on Thursday... Phew.. All his flu is gone... I hope for long... Been very rushing because my bao bei Benson cannot wake up even when i calling out his name or on the Tv with cartoon channel... So we are super late.. & is the first time we r late for 10 mins... Benson will ask " Where is papa " almost every morning when we r on our way to school.. So i must keep reminding him that Papa is working... Will be coming home later.. This question will be asked every morning till today he tell me " papa work work , later home" haha.. Sometime he is just so cute! Now when he reached school.. He will say " Teacher " ... When after school he will say " bye friends " .. Can see that he enjoys school so much.. cannot imagine if he changes school on this year end... I'm sure he will miss his friends... =)

I don't know why.. But after Benson return to school.. his nap time seem to be affected... He normally will nap at around 12.30pm.. & about 2~3 hrs... But Yesterday was only 45 mins... & it shock me when he blur blur standing in the living room while i was in the service yard hanging the washed clothes... & He sometime really amaze me.. Haha.. He woke up went back to room.. & poo poo on diaper... LOL... Cannot imagine someone nap half way & wake up to shit... then he cannot get back to sleep & was fully awake with his eyes big big kind... I'm still thinking of after hanging all the clothes i wanna go nap with him for a while... seem like this is not a good idea... He played, watched tv, did some home art work..  

( Home art was done by printing with his little hand & fingers... Haha.. I know Ben will not agree to this because there is a chance of messy up the house or floor with the paint... LOL.. Luckily we did not mess up .. But Benson had Fun... )

 I do up a Robot for him with boxes & Paper... Since he love robot so much... =)

My friend Kim has invited a few mummies to this charity event for Cambodia Orphange... & Is Organise by Eunice  who is a friend of Kim.. This Charity is a non-denominational Christian group that is looking after this orphanage. Those needed item are mats, mosquito nets. clothes and school bags Food too.... So I'm searching high & low today into Benson wardrobe & toys box... Manage to get some clothes, shorts, 2 brand new slipper & 1 new blanket... & was on the phone with mum... Telling her about it... She is very keen to chip in a little bit of her share for this event.. We have gotten 10 set of mosquito net & Aunt given some stationary stuff for those children... The stock will only arrive by tomorrow.. & wanna thanks my aunt for the help to get the cheapest deal so that I can squeeze more item with the small amount of money.. I always tell Benson about how fortunate he is to be born in Singapore & having loving parents who has given him so much love...  I know he might not understand yet.. But still.. I'm telling him... I always reminded him how he should love his belonging be it toys, books, or other item... When he throw he toys on the floor .. I will always remind him again... We must always count our blessing... & Everyday been able to wake up in a lovely home, & been able to filled up our hungry tummy.. Fresh clean water that we able to even drink it directly from the tap & many other luxury stuff... We should be thankful...

Benson 2 years 4 Months Old

Benson talk more clearly now.. almost 80% we knows what he is trying to say... & Sentence of words is better too.. Yesterday when Benson took the toys to the bedroom which is not allowed... So Papa Ben scolded him... Benson went to the kitchen & told me " Papa scold scold , with a super sad lips " I almost burst out into laughter.. (Okay, I'm being a mean mummy ).. He keep on telling me papa scold.. I ask him why papa scold u? He said " Drop ball Tv " = He throw a ball & hit the tv ... Haha.. So i explain to him.. that is why papa scold because u r not suppose to bring toys to room & u threw it on the tv.. But of course he still love papa to hug hug...

He is very good with Numbers.. but not so much on the ABC... Colours also not very good... So now i'm trying my best to teach him at home as much as i can... He is able to count numbers on the backwards style too... Haha.. Think he learn from the lift...

Food intake for solid is still kinda bad... Benson consider a fussing eater.... Milk intake is 180~210 ml  ( 4~6 times a day )

Oh Yes I know i have been a lazy mum to wean off my son pacifier... Alot of mummies.. start telling me or asking me why my son still on pacifier.. The only answer i can give & what i think is.. I feel kids will eventually wean themself off from that.. " Asking me why do i say so ? " Answer is " I don't see myself or any older children or adult eating pacifier on the street! So i believe my son will quit when he is ready...

Program which I against...

Actually been quite a while I came by this program called " Toddlers & Tiaras " On Discovery Home & Health.. Don't know why.. I just feel that the concept of upbringing for the kids is just seem so wrong to me... & It definitely not a very healthy event for toddler to join beauty pageat... Those Mum & Dad in order to let their kids perform their best.. They will temp them with toys or money or other item that the kids want... I just felt that the expectation is just too high for a toddler... The beauty pageat age group is divided into a few group.. & is group by age... it can be as young as 6 months onwards... & I'm sure this affect the child characters... Kinda sick when those mothers start bringing their child to waxing, hair treatment, sun tanning session, fake teeth to be wore in the contest, dye hair, heavy makeup, fake eyelashes...  Omg... Madness... I believe those kids are been force to grow up & I'm sure they have lost their childhood in many ways... & Is just unbelieveable....

Air Con Fix....

Yes! Is always the time whereby u needed those extra $$ for something else.. & Air con will go wrong on the same timing... LOL It always happen to us.... & Yes, Is always... Air con start giving problem... Not cold.. since i have booked for the Ac man to come... At the mean time we shift the whole Tv, Bed, Benson bed to another room to sleep for the past few days... Ac man came on Thurday morning... Did chemical wash for master bedroom & normal wash for another ac... Total damage $150... But! We have yet to move back.. Been super duper sick & lazy this week... Benson is excited to see people coming to the house.. & chat non stop with the ac man while he is doing his job to clean the ac... LOL... & when the uncle didn't answer him.. He will called out " Uncle Uncle " & start baby talk his way again.. Haha.. Poor uncle gotta reply him while both hands is busy washing & fixing the ac...

This little Naughty boy have been climbing up & down his chair even when i scolded him or smack him Or even talk nicely to him... Really dont know what to do with him...
