Baking Affair

I had done cookie & pre mixed cake before.. But all failed... So I have given up baking for quite a few month because I feel that I'm very lousy at it.. Don't know why this " Wanna bake " feeling came again.. & I remembered that Sis have a mixer machine.. So I borrow it from her hoping to make some simple cupcake... & thinking that it will be fun for Benson too.. Because i think he is now old enough to listen to intructions better... So He help me to put butter & sugar in to mixer... After that He help to put in bit by bit of flour using a small spoon.. =) Is fun... He also helped me to fill up the cupcakes... Then there it goes into the oven.. I never really pit much hope on it.. Because I'm very noob in baking.. Overall tasted ok.. Just that don't know why some flour in btw is not very soft... Hmm.. might try again... as hub requested for a chocolate favor...
