Baked Rice Day

I out of ideal what title should i put.. Because is i have 200 over blog post... & evey blog post need a header.. LOL... Since i forget to go supermarket to buy Benson food for me to cook.. & under this super hot weather i lazy to go out to buy lunch.. Suddenly thinking of doing baked rice instead.. With Oven?? Nope.. hehe.. is with my rice cooker.. because we bought rice cooker with other funtion.. like baked & steaming.. So i will give it a try... Outcome?? hehe... Good.. Yummy... I saw a baked rice recipe that is super simple one TV... Channel U... So now i just wanna blog down & share it...

1) Cook the rice first

2) When the rice is cooked... Choose a favor of ur choice ( I used Cream of Corn today )... Campbelln soup 1 can.. Don't mix with water

3) Put 1 can of Campbell & mix together with the white cooked rice...  Add a little warm water

4) Put one slice of cheese.. on top...

5) Press warm up with ur rice cooker.. & is DONE !!

Is that simple... is tasty.. worth a try... i was so greedy that i put 3 slice of cheese... =.= Then after it melt... i realise is too much... then no choice..i use a spoon to scoop it away... LOL... what a silly me... If u have any extra food.. like mushroom or meat bits.. just add in... can add in some veg too... =) Hope u & ur family will love it.. I will be cooking one more time for Hubby to eat.. Because today is mainly try out...

Went to Worker's party rally last night with Hubby... Because just nice we went to buy Benson milk powder... Wah.. But hor.. The Friso Milk powder really increase the price liao.. Extra $8 for the 1.8kg... ZZZ... so Ex... The people that went to the Rally.. is super suopprtive.. & also the human traffic is crazy.. never see so many people before.. & all r so united... & is a very rainy day Yesterday.. Was wet all over.. Luckily a Uncle offer to share his yu sun with us... Thanks Uncle. I do agree with what they have said.. & the best part is when they talk about problem face by stay home mum & single mummy... =) If it really happen like what they say... it will be great...
